A typical online shopper begins their purchase journey either from the search engine or social media. This often results in them landing on specific product pages based on their search and not exploring the other products that a brand offers.

Gym+Coffee noticed a similar purchase behavior on their store. The brand knew that pushing a shopper to purchase more without taking their interests into consideration, could impact their online shopping journey negatively.
